When I first came to Japan after Graduated from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technowlogy (RUET) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) to pursue my Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), I was fascinated by the opportunities this country offers—not just in academics, but also in the professional world.

During my time at TUAT, I noticed a significant trend: many Chinese students were arriving in Japan through language schools, gradually integrating into the society, and eventually securing stable, rewarding jobs in renowned Japanese companies. Their journey inspired me, and I couldn’t help but wonder—why aren’t more Bangladeshi students doing the same?

I shared my thoughts with a senior Bangladeshi brother who was pursuing his PhD in Japan. We both realized that the only major barrier for Bangladeshi youth was language and guidance—not talent, not motivation. Back home, there are countless young individuals with immense potential, who could thrive in Japan if they were just given the right pathway, starting with Japanese language training and proper support.

This realization became the foundation of Resource HUB Co., Ltd. We created this company with a clear mission: to empower Bangladeshi students and job seekers by giving them the tools, training, and guidance they need to succeed in Japan.
